Yoga Chair - using a chair for seated and standing poses, chair yoga provides an opportunity to stretch, tone and relax in a comfortable way. Great for beginners to yoga and makes a yoga practice more accessible. Eases tensions, loosen up the body, and improve range of motion. Beginner fitness level

Yoga - relaxes the mind and body to help handle everyday stress. Natural exercise program designed to tone muscles, enhance blood circulation and calm the nervous system. Beginner fitness level. Program may incorporate floor work. Required Equipment: Non-slip Yoga mat

Balance and Flexibility - participants warm up, stretch out muscles, and work on balance to improve fitness and overall well-being. Balance training helps strengthen the brain/body connection, which can help reduce the risk of falls. All fitness levels are welcome. Beginner fitness level
