Description of Services: Delivery of a continuum of crisis services through the 24.7 Crisis Support Peel Dufferin program. The program addresses mental health crises by offering immediate, short-term responses that helps people regain stability and reduce the likelihood of long-term trauma or distress. The team provides culturally sensitive crisis interventions tailored to meet the unique needs of the South Asian community. Crisis support workers respond to mental health calls through various channels, including a 24/7 crisis line, outreach visits, and rapid response services

PCHS collaborates with the Canadian Mental Health Association, Peel Dufferin (CMHA PD), Peel Regional Police, and ROOTS Community Services to deliver service
