Description of Services: Provides assistance and support to clients dealing with problems associated with mental illness 

Program includes
  • individual and supportive sessions to clients and their families
  • psycho-education for mental health related issues
  • assist in stabilizing mental health symptoms
  • individual assessments and care plans offered
  • home visits (based on client needs)
  • community outreach, collaborate with community partners
  • access to group programs that are linguistically and culturally appropriate
  • community outreach
