Description of Services: Fitness programs to stay active, engaged and supported

  • Qi Gong - slow, calm breath combined with focus on mindful movements that will help develop posture, balance, coordination, muscular strength and endurance
  • Tai Chi - an internal martial art that is widely practiced for its health benefits. It cultivates mind body coordination through slow, flowing, controlled movements that can improve postural balance, stability and flexibility. Exercises are done in a gentle and relaxed manner and can build muscle strength and physical endurance
