Description of Services: Seniors Social and Wellness Programs promote and support senior health, wellness and independent living * activities involve guest speaker or entertainer, a seasonal party, special luncheon, exercise class, discussion group or creative activity * participants will get to enjoy their time with friends and neighbors

The program consists of warm up and stretching exercises that are designed to help improve mobility and balance, as well as low level cardiovascular and muscle conditioning. Gentle exercises that can be done in the standing position or seated in a chair
