Wellness Workshops:

  • join group sessions focused on stress, self-care, emotional health, and more

Service Navigation:

  • information and referrals to social services, income support, housing support, and access to care

Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Residents of Region of Peel (Brampton, Caledon and Mississauga) Anyone 18 or older, regardless of status, can access these services
