Description of Services: Immediate support and services for newcomer families. Short-term counsellors assist clients in identifying and prioritizing their needs, while also helping them develop actionable plans

Ongoing supportive counselling is offered on a short-term basis and referrals to appropriate community resources are made to help clients develop effective solutions during times of crisis or challenging life situations and assists with positive mental health and overall well-being, while addressing any other needs that may arise during the support process
