Description of Services: Well-Being Navigators connect clients to community, share information on available resources, and provide access to appropriate and timely health and mental health services * Clients receive information and orientation on the Canadian Health System, including how to access local family doctors and mental health professionals, understanding the roles of various health care providers, information on federal, provincial, and regional drug and medical benefit plans, etc.
