Description of Services: |
This program offers first time offenders an alternative to a criminal conviction. Developed for first-time offenders who have been charged with a Federal Offence of Possession of Narcotics. Clients are required to complete community service work as an alternative to involvement in the formal court process. If the specified hours of community service are successfully completed, the original charge is withdrawn Benefits of the program:

Fees: | Each client is required to pay a $130 administration fee to E FRY Hope and Help for Women | ||
Eligibility - Population(s) Served: | First-time youth and adult offenders charged with possession of a controlled substance. Individuals must take responsibility for his/her actions | ||
Application: | Individuals must be approved for the Program by the Federal Crown Attorney | ||
