Organization: PCAS-Peel Career Assessment Services
Description of Services: Seniors Program is designed to promote connection, wellness, and joy by providing a supportive space where older adults can continue to thrive and lead fulfilling lives.

Program offers a wide range of engaging activities to keep the mind sharp and the body active, including Sudoku, Scrabble, digital literacy lessons, arts and crafts, pottery, cybersecurity session as well as recreational and fitness options such as table tennis, Zumba Step, Tai Chi, Chair Yoga and Badminton.

Activities not only support physical and mental well-being but also create opportunities for seniors to feel included, engaged, and more connected to the community.
