Toronto Fire Services is committed to protecting life, property and the environment from fire, hazardous materials, natural disasters and other emergencies. The Fire Prevention Division of Toronto Fire Services, provides information about emergencies, fire regulations, home inspections, and the Alarm for Life program for residential smoke and carbon monoxide alarms. Public education and school fire safety programs are also offered to the public.
