Services focus on skills needed to successfully manage all  aspects of life: self, family, community, career, and leisure
  • Typical topics include problem solving, communication skills, goal setting, conflict resolution, managing change, self-esteem, healthy relationships, and managing stress.
  • Experiential learning techniques such as role-playing, structured exercises and small group discussions are used to facilitate learning and behaviour change

Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Persons involved in the justice system, persons at risk of becoming involved in the justice system
Application: Applications are taken via an interview process, in person or by telephone for those incarcerated
