Description of Services: Offers case management and correctional planning in a supportive living environment for men transitioning from a federal correctional facility

Applicants must show a commitment to living a pro-social and law-abiding lifestyle

Fees: Residential services are charged via social benefit guidelines and based upon a rent geared to income (RGI) model for those in the New Leaf and RRH programs. Room and board for federal parolees is administered via Correctional Service Canada
Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Ages: 18 year(s) and up men who have experienced homelessness, serious mental illness, substance use and/or those who have been in conflict with the justice system
Application: Applications are referred through Correctional Services Canada (CSC) or self-referral while in a CSC facility
