Description of Services: Provides housing and wraparound supports to adult men in the community overcoming situations of homelessness due to acute mental illness and/or substance use. Clients are required to demonstrate a reasonable level of stabilization in their recovery journey as well as a readiness to live a substance-free lifestyle

Fees: Residential services are charged via social benefit guidelines and based upon a rent geared to income (RGI) model for those in the New Leaf and RRH programs.
Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Ages: 18 year(s) and up Men who have experienced homelessness, serious mental illness, substance use and/or those who have been in conflict with the justice system
Application: Referrals may come from service providers or from self-referrals
