Description of Services: SOHR provides services to individuals with an opioids addiction, and works to improve the responsiveness of the health care system to substance use

Clients receive brief intervention, lifestyle, and supportive interventions, to develop skills to manage addiction/substance use isorder and other related problems

The program is a partnership between WOHS, CMHA Peel, PAARC, FTP, Jean Tweed, and PCHS
