Description des services: Health and Wellness Programs for a range of seniors, from those who are very healthy, to those needing many services to remain living independently * programs include:
  • fitness virtual and in-person - ie. drum fitness, fit for life, get up and go, low impact fitness, low stress chair lift, open circuit workout, Pilates, stretching and toning, yoga / chair yoga, zumba and outdoor walking groups
  • dance classes - line dancing and hand dance, broadway jazz
  • social activities - card games and craft groups
  • educational - easy Spanish class, French class, water colour painting
