Adult Day Program Adult day program * social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for Alzheimer's disease or other related dementias, Parkinson's disease, stroke, developmental or mental illness *  group and/or individual programing * help to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care * lunch for full day clients, snacks served
 
Senior Apartments 200 self contained apartment units for seniors of a mix of bachelor, one bedroom, rent geared to income, market rent and supportive housing * Polish Roman Catholic and Polish tradition celebrated * meals available for purchase and dining room setting - Polish cuisine available.
