Colour has been used as a powerful tool across many ancient civilizations, from the healing temples of Egypt to the traditions of ancient Greece, India, and China. Colour continues to play an important role in cultures around the world today.
Colour speaks to the subconscious, and connecting with it can help bring awareness to the things that keep us feeling stuck. When walking the path of grief, colour can be a gentle and supportive companion, softly illuminating where heaviness lingers and encouraging its release.
Come and explore the wonderful world of Colour Therapy and discover the messages your soul may wish to share as you move along this journey.
Join Susan McKenzie, a Colour Therapist, Grief Specialist and author of the book “The Mourning Pages; Working Through Loss”. She has worked extensively with Colour Therapy for the past 9 years gracefully guiding clients and students along the many journeys of life.
Hospice Mississauga has the right to cancel this session if registration numbers are less than 5 participants. If necessary, notice of cancellation will be provided 24 hours in advance.
