Reconnect offers free monthly drop-in family support groups across the GTA and Peel Region. These groups are for family members and caregivers who support a loved one experiencing a mental health concern. Support groups are an excellent way for caregivers to practice self-care, learn from others with similar experiences, and build a supportive community. Groups are facilitated in a drop-in format by Reconnects Family Support Workers. Please call first before attending your first group.
Location: The Honourable William G Davis Centre for Families, 60 West Drive, Unit 203
Family and Caregiver Support Group Meeting Times: Due to Covid-19, meetings will be conducted virtually the fourth Wednesday of every month from 7pm-8:30pm.
